Q. What influenced you to buy the property ?
A. It was 20 years ago and I was only 19. I had always been a good saver, my father suggested I look at buying a house and the market was pretty hot at the time after one fell through I snapped this one up on a weekend without ever even driving past it to take a look. It looked very different than it does today.
