Start by thinking back to when you originally purchased your property.

Q    What influenced you to buy the property ?
A     We were struck by the spaciousness, the amount of light and the kitchen design with piped gas. It had a pool with a low maintenance garden ideal for our 1yr old and 7 yr. It was one of the few houses which had 4 bedrooms and a dedicated study which could easily be used as a single bedroom for a newborn adjacent to the master bedroom. We modified the garage as a play area by insulating the garage door for heat and installing Aircon

Q    What are the advantages of living in your home ?
A     Proximity to Hospital (where we worked), University, Shops (Annandale and Fairfield), Murray sporting complex and beautiful river loop for cycling with the kids. We also looked at properties on the river but this felt less exposed and more secure given one of us was always travelling a lot.

Q    When family and friends visit, what do they point out as benefits of your home ?
A     They like the sense of space given by the high ceiling and open plan nature.  Many commented on the Kitchen.
