1.What influenced you to buy the property?
We had relocated to Townsville and had looked at a lot of houses in a lot of different suburbs. What instantly grabbed us about 7 Carisbrooke Court was the outlook of the property. You are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the river, grasslands and Castle Hill. We have a young family that loves being outdoors so having access to the walking and bike path that runs adjacent to the river, just a short stroll from our front door was a big plus. The house also ticked our other key boxes – including open plan living, large outdoor area and easy maintenance.

It is an easy home to live in. We are big fans of one level, open plan homes. It makes a real difference to have a view. We also love our pool (which we consider a must in Townsville!)
