A. Easy care garden (reticulated watering system); security lighting; Has solar panels; Home built in 1886 by Hasting (of Hastings Printers)  It had a maid quarters which is now the kitchen area.
The house was called “Restenneth” after the home in Scotland where the Hastings family came from. 
The house is very solid having withstood all Cyclones. 
We have hosted many parties on back deck including parties of over 100 people, just open up bi-fold doors, great entertainer.
