Q. What influenced you to buy the property ?
A. The sheer size of the open plan design of the home and the great outside entertaining area which overlooks the pool and backyard.We love that from the main living space, kitchen and dining area of the home you have pool and backyard views.

Q.  What advantages are there living in your home?
A. It’s the fantastic location of Idalia.  Being able to relax by the pool or walking around the lake.  Full security to the property and to be able to allow the constant cool breeze to flow through the home. The spacious Master with WIR and oversized Ensuite with the ability of direct access to the outside area.
